If you receive a date from us that was damaged during shipping, we want to know! Please contact us immediately by emailing email@example.com with an image of your damaged box. We will make sure that you are resent a date that arrives in good condition.
Returns, exchanges & replacements may be granted at the sole discretion of Night In Boxes.
Missing product – Night In Boxes will make certain to rectify the issue. During the normal course of operations, sometimes items are overlooked. If this happens, reach out to the support email address above and notify the Night In Boxes team. Reship requests will be tracked and Night In Boxes reserves the right to refuse reships or replacements for any reason at it’s sole discretion.
Returns & Exchanges - Returns/Exchanges may or may not be granted at the sole discretion of Night In Boxes on a case by case basis. Exchanges/refunds will not be given for dissatisfaction of the Night In Boxes activity. Night In Boxes is not responsible if customers are sent duplicate product due to having multiple accounts with Night In Boxes. Returning a product to Night In Boxes without authorization will not result in a refund or exchange, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges that are incurred by Night In Boxes as a result.
Refused Shipments - Customers agree not to refuse shipments from Night In Boxes when agreeing to the terms & conditions at check out. Refusing a shipment for any reason will not result in cancellation of a subscription plan, nor will it trigger a refund. Night In Boxes assumes no responsibility and liability for any refused shipments and additional shipping charges may apply. We do not offer refunds and only accept returns and exchanges for items that are damaged or missing.
