- Broken or Defective item: Upon arrival, if your Night In Box contains a broken or defective product, please reach out to us. We will work with you to rectify this as quickly as possible so that you and your loved one(s) can enjoy your Night In Box experience.
- Missing an item: If you have received your Night In Box experience and believe that something is missing from your box, please double check the table of content page on your insert for the list of included items to confirm what item(s) you are missing. Then let us know what you are missing so that we can work with you to rectify this as quickly as possible so that you and your loved one(s) can enjoy your Night In Box experience.
In the event that Night In Boxes is sold out of the current month's inventory, we will work to resolve your order as quickly as possible.
