Did your Night In Boxes experience arrive with broken, defective or missing items?
- Broken or Defective item: Upon arrival, if your Night In Box contains a broken or defective product, please reach out to us. We will work with you to rectify this as quickly as possible so that you and your loved one(s) can enjoy your Night In experience.
- Missing an item: If you have received your Night In experience and believe that something is missing from your box, please let us know! We will work with you to rectify this as quickly as possible so that you and your loved one(s) can enjoy your Night In experience.
In the event that Night In Boxes is sold out of the current months' inventory, we will work to resolve your order as quickly as possible.
