Returns, exchanges & replacements may be granted at the sole discretion of Night In Boxes. If you feel that a mistake was made with your initial purchase, please reach out to Night In Boxes Customer Experience Team immediately. You must reach out within 24 hours of purchase and present your request.
With respect to subscription automatic renewals, refunds will not be granted once a subscription plan has renewed. All cancellations must take place PRIOR to renewal deadline on the 27th at 8:00 pm EST (7:00 pm EST during Daylight Savings) of the final month of your subscription term and all cancellations from then on, will take effect on the subscribers next scheduled renewal.
Refunds will not be given for dissatisfaction of the date activity.
