By cancelling your subscription you are actually cancelling the automatic renewal feature associated with your subscription. By successfully cancelling the automatic renewal feature associated with your subscription you will still receive the remaining shipments associated with your most recent purchase or renewal.
Step 1: Log into your account, click HERE.
Step 2: Scroll down to Your Subscription(s) and click Edit.
Step 3: Scroll down and click on Cancel Subscription.
Step 4: In the Cancel Your Subscription view, please choose a reason why you are cancelling and give us an explanation. (Note: The feedback provided in this step is not a formal request and is more a survey. If you wish to receive a response from our team, please do so by clicking the "Support" button on the lower, right side of your screen.)
Step 5: Then click Yes, Please cancel. The cancellation of your subscription's automatic renewal feature is confirmed and complete. To double-check that your cancellation was successful, please locate your cancellation confirmation notification sent to the email associated with your account. If you did not receive this notification to the email address associated with your subscription, please contact us for help.
When cancelling your subscription, you will still receive the remainder of Night In Boxes shipments associated with your most recent paid subscription or renewal. The cancellation of your subscription will not automatically trigger a refund for previously purchased subscriptions. If you have experienced an issue with your initial purchase, please contact us.
The cancellation of the automatic renewal feature associated with your subscription must occur PRIOR 7:00 PM EST (8:00 PM EST during Daylight Savings) on the 27th of the final month of your subscription term, to prevent your subscription from experiencing a renewal.
